There is a modern, spacious bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower. Centrally located, with less than an hours drive to Rotorua, Tauranga or Hamilton. Waitomo Caves are just under 1½ hours away and we are the closest BnB to Hobbiton which is just 2km up the road.

But you are more than welcome to join us in our home for breakfast, coffee or a chat! We love to spend time with our guests but the choice is totally yours. We are happy to answer any questions or offer traveling tips.
